On the Weber of course @Travis
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

If we are using a cast iron skillet, isn't that the same as cooking in the house?

Sometimes yes. Only difference is all the grease, mess, and smell are outside which makes clean up easy and keeps the kitchen clean which keeps the wife happy.

I try to use every chance I get to cook on the kettle for the reasons mentioned as well as I hate heating the house unless it's winter. Today I cooked burgers and fries on the OTG. Why run the oven when a kettle can do the job?

Never tried grilling it, butt love egg wash, flour, garlic powder and a bit of SnP, fried in a CI skillet with EVOO. I'd try the aforementioned on the Weber to pick up some smoke.
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

Never did, but now that you asked I just might do it next week. I would cook them over direct heat in a fry pan along with onions. Basically use same method on kettle as I would inside. OMG you just enabled me!
