Roti pork loin
« on: April 26, 2017, 06:23:29 PM »
All I can say is wow. I didn't use a recipe. I trimmed a little fat, scored the silver skin, salt, pepper, garlic and on the roti. At 145 I put some homemade BBQ sauce on and cooked another 10.  First roti pork for me and didn't know what to expect. Best one I've ever done by far. Mulberry and apple for smoke. Kbb for coal.

Yum. The rotisserie just seems to turn a cook up to 11, doesn't it?

Love the Mulberry...Best fruitwood in my opinion...

Pork looks awesome...
I like to do a buttermilk brine before I spin a pork loin...
