What's your favorite party wing marinade/rub?

Salt and pepper on the wings.  Franks and butter for the sauce.  Simple, but great.  I've tried other methods, but people always rave about results when I use this easy method.

This is exactly what I do.  Simple but seems to be the most popular among my family and friends.

I grill the wings first then toss them in the sauce hot off the grill.

If I'm 'showing off' I make this one: 4 cups red wine
3 cups ketchup
1/2 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce.
Bring it to a boil, then simmer for 20 min.   When it cools throw wings in to marinate.  I usually do overnight, but at least an hour in the bath.
cook the wings however you want, but save the liquid.   Boil the leftover marinade and let reduce to half the volume.   It should be thick enough now to use as a baste also.

I am a real fan of Sweet Baby Rays "Honey Barbecue" Wing Sauce.
I like the Sweet BBQ taste the best of anything I have tried so far.

Recently did a batch of the Owens buffalo dry rub with the Louisiana Buffalo sauce and the wings had a nice kick to them.
Looking for colored 18's and SJ's.
