I have a feeling a lot of wings will be on the kettles tomorrow, mine included  ;D

I have done the traditional Frank's and have also used Walkerswood Jerk marinade and several variations of teriyaki. These are my "go to" flavors.

I have the cooking method wired, but would like to try something different this time.

So, what do you guys and gals like? Post up your favorite recipe, so I can try something new...pics would be nice too!

Gochujang makes a great wing glaze.

I throw some Tony Chachere's creole seasoning on right before they go on the grill around the vortex.
Toss in sauce when they get off. We've been doing this for the sauce lately
Honey, chipotle, butter, hot sauce, and a little vinegar to thin it out. Use the immersion blender to make smooth and break down the chipotle.
The honey and chipotle really make a great sauce

Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo sauce and Louisiana Buffalo sauce.
Looking for colored 18's and SJ's.

Salt and pepper on the wings.  Franks and butter for the sauce.  Simple, but great.  I've tried other methods, but people always rave about results when I use this easy method.
I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.

I make Scarbelly wings.   Start with mixing 2 parts Franks wing sauce with 1 part Creole butter.   Inject this mix into the wings.   Sprinkle with some Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning then smoke at indirect high heat.

2 cups of Texas Pete + 1 stick of butter.  Heat till melted and toss the wings soon as they come off the grill or out of the fryer.

Sweet Baby Ray's also has a few other good wing sauces. The sweet teriyaki, sweet chili, and garlic parmesan are all really good as well.
Looking for colored 18's and SJ's.

Just a bit of sea salt & fresh ground pepper. That's all the wings need. After that, dip them in whatever you like.

I use a Margarita mix for the Marinade.  Wings in a Vac Seal bag overnight in the fridge.  A little SnP, Then Poor-tex em....   With a little pecan.  Sauce-em with Franks or Ranch or Blue Cheese or .....

My eaters seem to like em that way.  No complaints yet....

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Rasta Joe and Weber sweet and tangy mixed together.

Plowboys Yardbird, sometimes if I'm in the mood for a bit more sweet, I mix with Blue Hog original. Love the combination, we use this for competitions on thighs.

I totally missed this.

I use the Frank's Red Hot wing sauce recipe (on the side of the bottle) and add, cayenne, onion powder and garlic powder for the sauce.

As far as rub goes, "Famous Dave's Chikn' Wing" rub.

For smoke its pecan wood, always pecan for chicken. My favorite with chicken.
