When I use my baskets at opposite sides under the hinged grill grates. Only one side burns completely Any idea what I am doing wrong. I have moved them around the vents etc ...

First off, welcome to the WKC! It might help to know what fuel you're using, how you are lighting and setting up your cook and what kind of grill you're using. Also, don't forget to head over to the introduce yourself section and you know, introduce yourself!

How do you start your fire? If you use a chimney the charcoal at the bottom of the chimney is more roaring compared to the ones on top. Make sure to distribute them between the two.
