Here is my cook tonight. Baby back ribs and beans.

Third attempt at ribs and getting better every time.

I cooked them around 4 1/2 hours.

Cooked them over the baked beans then coated them in Bone Suckin Sauce and cooked direct for a few minutes.

They came out excellent.

The beans were Bush's Maple Bacon which I added chopped onions and some Memphis dust.
