Fish on the Grill

Went out of Myrtle Grove Marina on Sunday.  Nice mix of fish, Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Sheepshead and a Stingray!

First keeper of the day....27" Redfish



Big boy went the length of the ice chest...



My son hooked up a Stingray....fun taking that one off



Two Redfish filets on the half shell and flounder filet on the gasser with some Cherry wood chips



Plated #1....



Plated #2....those Redfish filets were thick!



Seasoned with Chef Paul P. Seafood Magic seasoning blend.  Wonderful!!  Enjoy.
