Spares on the Fleetwood
« on: October 09, 2016, 07:15:21 PM »
Pair of nice meaty spares for dinner tonight, along with some corn bread and Brussel sprouts. Set up the 2/2 snake with mesquite chips (out of chunks) 225-250 constant for 6 hours, 3/2/.5 didn't mean to go 2 hours on the crutch but I did. I'm glad I did, ribs were great. Still got to bite off the bone, next time I'll sauce a few on the grill.

Enjoy!
Old dirty warmed up and ready.

A big draw

Lined up ready to eat

Plated

I'm just gonna leave this right here!

Great looking cook up! Looks like steel wheels on the flat top. Early 70's Fleetwood? Love how the dogs are just hanging out. They know that smell!

@Travis indeed it is an early 70's Fleetwood, steel wheels and thumb screws.. My go to rib cooker, never lets me down. These we're no joke some of the best yet.

Thanks to looking
