First pizza on the kettle
« on: September 12, 2016, 02:50:04 PM »
Here we go. I'm posting this one live. Started with some bread flour, used the Bobby Flay dough recipe. Lit up the remaining Stubbs from last cook along with a bunch of RO lump. I'm not good at working the dough, just making it (ha ha). So here are some pics so far.

No pizza stone, just some old air bake pans.

The grill setup

Crimson color change

First pie off. Just mozzarella and provolone for the wife and son

Second pie. Pepperoni for me.

Thanks Travis. The bottom is a little "done" probably due to using an air bake and not a stone. All in all for my first ever on a Monday night with a 1 year old at home. I'll give myself a C+. Thanks for looking fellas.

Shit. You won't hear me judge! I've yet to try one. Looks like you're well on your way.
