Looks good. Haven't cooked with a SnS yet, however based on that pic I would move thar temp probe and the brisket over to the right just a little. Keep us posted.

Just wrapped it after almost 4 hours and the temp was 151..

6 hours in ...Slow n Sear still cranking

8 hours in...Slow n Sear still over 200..stuck at 178 for a while...time to add some more briquettes

Took it off when it hit 190 degrees,wrapped it and into the cooler for an hour...here's the finish...
