Not Just For Burgers And Dogs

Instead of a Low Country Boil, I did a Low Country Grill.

And, for dessert I made a Blueberry Cobbler.

Before

After

In the bowl with some ice cream

I bet that was great, Geezer! How did you season the shrimp boil? I mean shrimp grill! Did you set up the fire with indirect zones on both sides? Your cobbler looks wonderful. Fresh picked??

Looks great. I'd love to hear more details on the cook.
Looking for colored 18's and SJ's.

I just cut up some red potatoes in small pieces and some smoked sausage, too.  Added the corn and shrimp, seasoned with salt, pepper, and Old Bay, drizzled on a little EVOO, and covered with foil.  I had to cut the potatoes pretty small so the would cook and not overcook the shrimp.  I had cooked the cobbler first over indirect heat and when I got around to this the coals had cooled off so I cooked direct for about 20-25 minutes.
I cheated on the cobbler and used a can of pie filling.  Cooked indirect for 35-40 minutes.  Both turned out great!
