Cookout For 5 Pic Heavy
« on: July 17, 2016, 08:30:11 AM »
Saturday morning comes around and I get a text from @ctwhyme  “What you up to? My plans fell thru… Wanna cook?”

Me “YA!” :D

We agree to meet at my place at around 1:PM that’s 2:PM CTWhyme time ;D

CTWhyme gets comfortable right away

Smoked some fresh chicken quarters I picked up that morning only .69 per pound bought 12 lbs heavily seasoned with John Henry's Texas Chicken Tickler Rub *** The more I try of this the more I want of John Henry's Seasonings.

CTWhyme picked up some Irish Bangers. I decided to cook some Hot Sicilian Sausage on the grill and last minute some Southwest Fiesta Bratwurst. *** Now some may look and say Dan! No BEER IN THE BEER BUCKET!!! Fear not we needed to thaw the Irish Bangers out :( but the frig was not to far ;)

Told you not to fear you know we had Beer

And my Favorite mug "The Ernie Mug" with me the full time grilling!

Not to bad for throwing this together at 10:AM shopping for chicken, buns, and sausage also cleaning the yard, and cooking by 1:PM oh and we only had 2 Chicken quarters left!
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

Oh. My. God.  Your deck setup is pure pornography!

Would I be correct in assuming "Southwest Fiesta" is a Tex-Mex seasoned brat?  That sounds intriguing.

@DarrenC That's what I think! All seasoning was inside... Nothing needed but bun! ;D
Thanks I love the Deck also just need a bigger one
