Dinner time! Man I don't mean to too my own horn but this dinner was a home run. Grass fed organic beef, roasted Yukon gold potatoes and roasted zucchini with onions.

How did you do the potatoes and veggies? on the grill, cast iron? Do tell!!

Thanks everyone. Potatoes I did in the oven. Veggies I did in a foil pouch on the grill with salt, pepper olive oil.
