So I went to Wildwood New Jersey to the State
Competition to walk around the pit area to see the
Set ups and to get the feel of the real deal
  There were plenty of teams with wood burners
Big gravity feed units.  Tons of WSM's and
To me. The most impressive.. This beautiful Summit
Charcoal.. The owner gave me a tour. It was big
And heavy.. Built like a rock!! I need one!!!
