What was that bread thing?
It was a Italian piece of bread .
Filled with an egg and topt over with cheese
That sounds like something my wife would love. Any instructions/recipe?
Take a bread roll with Italian spices.
Make it hollow.
Put a raw egg in it, top it off with cheese.
Put it on the Q at 180-200 degrees Celsius
For about 15-20 minutes.
Not directly above the coals.
But coals on one side and the bread on the other
