Nate!  Awesome looking tacos!  Skirt steak is one of my favorite cuts of meat and is perfect for tacos.  I just made something similar with the addition of some Peruvian Aji Sauce!

Fine show Nate! I love skirt steak, I think it's my all time favorite.

What's in your marinade? It looks similar to mine (oil, lime juice, onions, garlic, cilatro, jalapeņo, splash of tequila, and some spices).
