Man I love grilled meatloaf. I've never done it on the grate, always on a small sheet tray. Have to try it out. Dig that brownie too!

I always place it directly on the grate with a drip pan underneath after it is wrapped with a bacon lattace.  Great cook!

Did you make a brownie one touch gold or is it original??  Great cook!  I love my brownie for cooks as well!

No better way to do a loaf than directly on the grate! Gets a great smoke flavor all the way around. I usually put it in a loaf pan (heavily sprayed with PAM to slide out) and let it sit for an hour in the fridge to hold shape rather than freestyle the handmade loaf but I prefer the look of yours.
