Rib eye that is, roasted some taters and carrots to go with. Rubbed with a ton of pepper and kosher salt. A few shrimps to round it off.

Awesome looking steak and cook.   It seems that having a handful of firebricks laying around is a very useful thing!

I probably use a fire brick 8 out of ten times, very handy to have around, very versatile.
