I guess you could add beer. Everything else looks great. Good job.

One of the "less glamorous" aspects of rib prep, pulling the membrane wasn't mentioned.
You can buy most places as  SL cut already prepped or did you shape the rack yourself.

Thanks for pointing out that I forgot to mention the membrane. I bought it already cut to St Louis style.
