Steak Sandwiches

Sunday was Bloomsday up here in the great NW and  the Lilacs are in bloom . Nearby Spokane, Washington hosts the one of the largest 12k runs in the US , over 80.000 participants and this year makes its 40th running.
My wife , son , niece and sister in law decided to run it and I was charged with feeding the hungry crew afterwards



I marinated some London broil over night


Some sweet potatoes


My wife's favorite sandwich
Tri-tip or London broil
Tomato
Pesto
Provolone
Ciabatta Rolls





Assembled and then toasted to melt the cheese
