I've been dying to try some ribs since I got my slo n sear last month and finally had a chance today.   As usual, the SNS did an awesome job holding the temp steady throughout the cook.  I rubbed two of the racks with a special edition rub that my buddy picked up for me at a Big Green Egg festival last week

The other rack was rubbed with Butt Rub (it was a bit spicier than the other one)

Here they are when they first went on:
And at the two hour mark:

All in, it took about four hours.  I pulled one rack and sauced it for about 15 minutes on the Genesis. I used Weber's Sweet and Spicy that was actually really good.  The consensus from the family was that they liked the sauced rack the best.

And finally the finished product:

I also managed to get both cars washed and waxed while cooking the ribs...all in all a great Sunday morning.

everyone should have a slow n sear. Awesome device.

I agree completely on the slo n sear.   It has to be one of the best bang for your buck accessories out there.
