at almost 2 inch thick these are going to be the perfect reverse sear candidates.

Awesome marbling!!!
Some farmers just know how to raise beef cattle. My dad had it down to a science. He knew what to feed 'em, & how much, at every stage. Every cow he raised was spoken for before it was even off the teet. Unfortunately, he sold the farm, and moved to the desert. I really miss having a freezer full.

Those look perfect. I'm a big fan of Costco Prime and that there is exactly why. Can't wait to see the payoff.

Payoff will be for my Birthday in a couple of weeks, do to the timing I had to freeze these which I didn't want to do. still should be good.
