It was tasty and juicy.
What I would do differently next time....
1. Don't think I'd ice the breasts and put coals on the end too. I'd just do one ore the other. Got a bit darker then we like.
2. Might try a good briquette so as to have a lower heat intensity coming from the coals. Hopefully this will help achieve a nice golden turkey.
3. Forgot to put apple and onion inside the turkey until after I spit it...I think this would of added the flavor I was looking for better.
