Chopped marinated Pork tenderloin(not center cut pork loin, the filet mignon of pork)
frozen Broccoli
water chestnuts
cashews and classic stir fry sauce(has a soy base)


Done served over quinoa


Sooooo good

Soooo good is right! That sounds and looks awesome LB.

And cool idea sandwiching in some extra briquettes between the char baskets. Gets you a nice wide footprint for that wok - smart man!!

Damn! Over quinoa too, looks super good and super healthy. That's how my wife's got me eating nowadays. I'm gonna show her this post, and hopefully she'll buy me a wok.

Yes, I guess a WoK could be the object of your affection, but I love the way my Grass Green transitions to an Avocado when she gets hot, and not any of my WoKs                         SJ

@SmokenJoe I could see how my comments could confuse but at the time I was referring to the WOK not the kettle.  However, I do love that performer too.

There are so many great healthy combinations that you can make up and it is so easy to do, I love it.
