So let me start by saying I have wanted to do this cook for a long time and thanks to a generous fellow WKC'er in the form of @Winz I am able to do so. Yesterday evening  AZ_K_GURL and myself had Winz over for dinner and to cook on a couple of kettles Winz brought the drink and desert which both were great and he also surprised me with his gourmet grate and wok for me to use. So that all lead to this cook for me and @AZ_K_GURL did this evening. We used the left over tri_tip from the previous evenings dinner and added in the rest all fresh. She managed the camera and handing me things as I manned the utensils and the wok.

Hope you all enjoy. This was a great meal and I will be doing some more wok cooks while I have the loaner wok from Winz. Thanks again to him. Also now I have to get one of my own!

Wow!  You and K_GURL killed it.  Great looking cookup.

The more you use that carbon steel, the better it gets.  Enjoy!
