Simple Lamb forequarter chops.

Ligjtly spiced with my own concoction featuring some mixed herbs, sumac and various other dry spices.


I got some macadamia chunks smoking away nicely on the GA.


And through the magic of time and heat.....


Dinner os done.
If it breathes, we can cook it!

That I did. I'm not sure that it did any good, because it was a total cook time of less than 20 minutes.

Looks mighty fine. I wouldn't know the first, second or third things about how to cook lamb but you did indeed make it look easy!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Lamb is awesome. It has a distinct flavour and accepts tons of flavours if you're so inclined.
