You have taken it past fajitas into burrito territory. It's a fine line..but I'm gonna say you crossed it. Lol.

That's a varied line, it really depends on which type of mexi your talking about with the exception of the tortilla, always a taco size tortilla for fajitas to differentiate burrito vs fajita plate. Here in SoCal you get a skillet of meat, peppers and onions served with rice, beans and sometimes corn probably depending on where the cook is from. Always warm taco sized corn tortillas, this never varies here.
The variance is big though, I'd be willing to bet there's even differences in just tex mex from east, west, north and south let alone mexicos different flavors.
Of course for me in San Diego it's very Tijuana influenced and my favorite. Can't get it like this anywhere else.
Call it a fajita burrito.
