I "fixed" bland, dry, tasteless boneless, skinless chicken breast.....

.....on an old Redhead....... 8)

The players:

Slabs & slices of cheese, slabs & slices of ham, the aforementioned "blandies", various rubs, sauces, injections....







Creole butter ( I use that s**t on everything)





Bacon (I wrap that s**t around everything)



Tater packet.....



*** here's one for the rookie mistakes list.....got the thing runnin' screamin' hot.....like 525 & forgot to put the corn & taters on...oh well, fan dance to play catch up !!!



Still hot enough to catch up pretty quick....







Dawg portion....they like a lite dusting of bacon salt on theirs....



Can't even wait 'till they get in the house....



Yep, it wasn't dry, bland or any of those things....







Came back in the house & the wife had chopped up her leftover ribeye into some beans....



that all hit the spot after seeing all these great cookups for today.....hope you all had a good day !!!!
