Chicken on the rotisserie

I took 2 whole chickens and rubbed the with an herb oil mixture. Dusted them with Weber's Beer Can Chicken spice and through them on the rotisserie. Hour and a half or so later they were done!

Lit 2/3's of a chimney split between each side to start and added 8 coals to each side after an hour.

Those are some nice looking yard birds Chef, I just spun a yard bird last weekend, was the first one in way too long,
I kind of forgot just how good roti chicken is from a weber..  ;D
