Chicken on the rotisserie
« on: May 04, 2015, 04:38:30 PM »
I took 2 whole chickens and rubbed the with an herb oil mixture. Dusted them with Weber's Beer Can Chicken spice and through them on the rotisserie. Hour and a half or so later they were done!

Lit 2/3's of a chimney split between each side to start and added 8 coals to each side after an hour.
