Last night we had one of my favorite dinners with a couple tasty sides. Below are the Jumbo Prawns marinating in some "Sweet and Hot" sauce. It tastes like sweet chili mixed with a bit of sweet and sour... really good stuff!

Everything all prepped and ready to go:

Steaks were literally falling apart. These were soaked in some Lowry's beef tenderizing marinade for about 30min prior to hitting the grill. Another excellent product...

All sliced and ready to go!

Whipped up some of Troy's Prosciutto provolone wrapped asparagus to go along side the prawns:

And finally the plate-up... This was reduced to mere crumbs in about 5 min flat ;D

Thanks for looking!

Picture perfect! Really mouth watering!

Cook any of that on a grill?

Just kidding! :)
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

@SixZeroFour did you go direct or indirect with the asparagus? I have the Arcitec bands and am hesitant to use them over direct heat, even if it's low.

@austin87 - I've only used them for indirect so far but there isn't even a hint of wear or heat damage on them yet. Next time they hit the grill I will do a few tests 8)

Cool. They were cheap enough if I lost a few over the coals it wouldn't be a huge loss. Thanks!
