Chuckies for dinner tonight.

6:45 AM settled in at 265 deg.  Next time I take a peek will be 2:30.  Update then.

The only thing prettier than a Kettle is a Kettle loaded up with meat. Yours is beautiful.

Early update:

They have both hit the stall.  170 the last hour fifteen minutes.  This is a first for me.  Got out the foil.

Nope, something different.  How about shredded beef, mashed potatoes, cheese, jalapeņos and my Red fire chilli hot sauce.  Burrito.













That was a good eating burrito.  Best chuckies so far.  10 hours on the performer with One small reload and foiled in an ice chest for an hour.  Raked apart with no effort at all.  Thanks for looking.

It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

i typed up a whole reply to this, but apparently it got lost.

I think this should be rewritten and fully documented for the frontpage.
It looks and sounds amazing, and I really want to try it.

@fedex are you interested in repackaging this post as a full recipe/guide for the frontpage?
