1st real test of the SJ Mini build

Tested it out today and ran perfect after screwing around with the vents for the 1st hour trying to stabilize temp. Worked perfect IMO.

5.3lb chuck roast on at 7a, off at 4:30p.



 

6 hours in, adding more kbb.


All done.








And some of this for some heat.

Mmm, pulled beef. About what temp did you stop at? Or just stick something in it to test?
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch
