Did A Little Cook As It Was George Stephen's Birthday

While popping around the net this morning I read that it is George's birthday today. I figure what better way to remember the fella than to do a little cook. Grabbed a couple packs of sausages and smoked them:



....for almost 2 hours with oak then moved my firebricks around and added some coals for grilling:

I took this shot of the Blue OTG a couple weeks ago. 604 touched it up as I am going to use it in an online contest:

Looks good Hoss, didn't know about our boy's birthday. Hmmm, don't know why it's not some kind of holiday!? Glad I got my grill out too
