Friday Night Stir Fry!
« on: February 17, 2015, 05:13:24 PM »
Boneless pork ribs rubbed in peanut oil and Weber "rib n chicken" rub then seared on the MT..

Some Birds Eye stir fry veggies (with work and kids, these were frozen store bought.) threw in the sliced pork then later the noodles. Angel hair pasta. I used Kikkoman spicy miso teriyaki for the stir fry sauce. It gave it a little kick along with the hint of smoke.

My daughter helped prep and plate the pot stickers...

Time to Eat!

It was even better the next day.

Fine looking sear marks on those ribs Craig. The Wok on the Red MT looks badass. Getting and using one of those Woks has been on my Weber Bucket list since getting one of those sear grates. Seeing that bit of snow off to the one side tells me you are a Winter Nutter...putts a smile on face.

That is a delicious looking meal Craig! For the noodles do you use the style that comes dry, or the semi-hydrated ones? Yours look perfect.

Now that's beating Chinese takeout by a mile (and a half!!!)

I need to get the hang of the noodle thing....that would win the wife over.....

Great cook up Craig!  Those noodles look perfect.

@dazzo has done a bunch of wok cooks, and led me to purchasing a CI wok for my gourmet grate system.  This cook is just the push I need to get the thing dirty.
