sausages got seared direct before pulling them off as a snack for the cook.

back outside to the beef they are getting close.

into a pan and inside to rest for 30 minutes. Glad I had those sausages cuz that was a long 30 minutes.

Good cook guy. The roasts have a beauty colour and it was damn cold out tonight.

Nice looking cook. Man you guy's are hard core up there in the great north! I've been firing up the gas grill, with very short cooks, here in Chicagoland because it's been so cold.  Can't wait for spring!
