Rub trade wings
« on: November 02, 2014, 10:03:47 AM »
@Troy @SixZeroFour @Winz @coldkettle @Johnpv @indy82z

6 different rubs, 2T rub per baggy the 2 wings per baggy. I've them going on the mini with some cherry. Here's a few shots, I'll add the finished cook later.

Enjoy!!!

Very nice James!! They all look delicious!

Can't wait to hear how they all tasted! I feel like I'm on Masterchef or something ;)

Curious how they turn out and what you think. I enjoyed to "swap" and hope others can do it again too...lots of fun..

Troy, It's what's on the inside that counts...

What a great lunch. Each rub was distinct in its own flavorful way, a few sweet, a few with heat a balanced right down the middle.

WKC Kollaboration? You all mailed in rub, or just suggested rubs to use?
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

@addicted-to-smoke check this post, you missed out!

I won't pick a favorite, I liked them all. The wife liked the sweet Troy and Winz flavors. Some are better suited for big chunks of pork others chicken, or less overall. This cook was all about learning what I had for future cooks..
