Cedar Plank Salmon - Plum SS Performer
« on: October 12, 2014, 11:18:04 AM »
Protein:
Costco Farmed Salmon.

Seasoning:
Costco Steak Seasoning (more/less same as Montreal Steak).
Charlie Vegas Rendezvous (http://www.hogsfly.com/ProductDetails.php?product_id=34) - buddy of mine gave me this.  I didn't really dig it solo, but combined with another rub it's good.

Cook:
Soaked cedar plank.
Lid said about 350.  Took a little longer than I expected.

Results:
Served with garlic mashed potatoes.  Wife was sick so me and one of the youths ate this.  Some green beans would have been nice.
Slap yo mamma good.  Leftovers for lunch this week!

Looks tasty but I have to admit the plating pics blew my mind at first because at first glance it looked like you had placed it on a skillet that was flipped over. I know I'm an idiot I can't help it, LOL I'll just blame it on lack of sleep.
