Ribolator wings
« on: October 02, 2014, 03:18:12 PM »
I finally got a chance to use my Ribolator today with my Cajun Bandit ring. I had the kettle running around 400° using a mix of KBB and Royal Oak lump. The wings are simply seasoned with evoo and Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning. They were done in about an hour. I think they came out great. The skin was crispy and delicious.

Half way through the cook

Done

I will surely use it for wings again. Cleaning the Riblator was a royal PITA!

Those look very good.....been thinking about a Ribolator since scoring a Weber Rotisserie Ring.  I had the ring for about a day when the Ribolator add-on thought occured to me.

Okay, that's the real reason I sold my ribolator!  ::) Your wings look great though, nicely done.
Seriously though, I always used the dishwasher too. I'd pull off the big bits and throw it in there. It would clean off the mess but not the darkening on the stainless steel. That never bothered me but to get them spotless, shiny clean took a load of scrubbing.
