Buckie you are most welcome bud. She was the bbq love of someone once and I can't think of anyone that would love her up
like you can.. I do however want to see her once you have her all prettied up like she used to be.

Thank YOU once again.......I will get it cleaned all spiffy......I've just recently begun actually cleaning kettles ( some of the people who've been around here the longest will relate that this has not always been the case !!!)

It's late, I ate too much watermelon cake & passed out for awhile......and i'm thinking......

What a PLACE.....what a great group of folks.......and not merely this  most recent episode, either.....this stuff is ongoing....... 8) 8) 8) ;D

You just can't make this stuff up. Congrats to all involved! Now let's see the orange glow.
Yes Ken, I noticed... I think the 26'er is the first I have noticed pictures of a cleaning process.

This whole post makes me deeply happy.  WKC FTW!

(and having been around here for awhile, I'm also pretty stoked that something finally got buckie to clean up some of his kettles!  Peer pressure didn't work, and shame didn't work... it took massive acts of generosity to get him to change his ways.    ;-)
One of the charcoal people.

What a great story.  As others have mentioned, this is exactly what the forum is about.  Way to go WCK!
Interested in ANY offset handle SJs you may have.

That is such a awesome series of events, and the perfect cooker to cap it off. This shows that while we all collect different ones for different reasons, we appreciate them more than just a grill and sharing this appreciation is at the core and what sets this group apart from the other bbq, weber, smoking communities out there. Art is just like that as well and the rest of the MN chapter that I have gotten to be a part of. Art gave me a great deal on a mint Genesis B and SJG and a free pile of cherry wood. I also got practically a freebie SJS from GC8 here as well at the same time, and Greg was in on the fun as well. So now I have my main kettle, and have added a gasser for those quick meals after work, a SJG to use on picnics or small cooks at home, and camping, as well as an SJS to get my mini WSM going. To top it off, good reading, and a ton of knowledge. Great place.
First up a nice 3 wheeler red head
