Pizza again. Still working on technique with the KP. Still paraticing with different setups. And still haven't used it the way KP says to us it. Maybe next time I'll try it their way. Also, found another use for my Mojoe. As you can see, I used it as the lid on the KP instead of the 1/8" plate I was using before. I also attached another silent video

Good question, because I really don't know until I get the perfect cook to me. If that makes any sense.
