Uuuoooooo.....squid ink......Looks nice !!!

Was the squid itself pretty tender done like that?

And, if you have any more black stuff, maybe a tri-tip marinade with Bord-O-Lay or Woosty & spices............Black Tip Beef.............. 8)

Yeah, the squid was pretty tender. Kudos to Mrs. Gummi!

Gummi - nice cook!

Is that homemade chicken stock?  Looks like a healthy dose of saffron - I bet it was tasty.

Winz, I think it was fish stock from the local marker. It was tasty. I had a paella burrito for lunch today.  8)

I seriously have to do a paella on a grill.  I have a 14" paella pan.  Might be a job for an SJ.
Looks great.  Very original cook, G.

Looks great. Salad, your Paella would work on an 18 or a 22. The one I have is 14" and fits like a champ on the 18s

Yeah some space to watch the fire and add charcoal without lifting the pan would be ideal

Even on my 18s theres room for maneuverability. ... Now im doubting my pans size. It may be a 12".... I'll measure later....
