Started with Irish breakfast sausages Irish Bangers and gave them a good dose of smoke

I then added the biscuits when the grill temp was at 375. I admit these were can biscuits and not homemade   :-[

They took about 16 min and I did turn them around for even browning.

I also fired up the griddle and added some bacon

And Hash browns

Also made Sand Dollar eggs using caning jars lids :)

Breakfast is served

The biscuits were awesome on the grill and I'll never do them in the oven again :)

I like it!

Is the threaded ring enough to hold the egg together or did you also use the lid inserts? (assuming these were two-piece lids)
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

I only used the ring part. These were the extra large canning lids. They're food grade and made to withstand heat. I paid around $2 for a set of 6. Regular egg rings are much more expensive.

Looks great! I'm a huge proponent of breakfast on the grill! 8)
