Do you cook them fully wrapped or in the open? I wonder if you could spoon them on to graham crackers to be more like the traditional s'mores.

Dunno, I'm new here...

I just folded mine over loose (apple wood smoke going)
IT gets soft, I'm sure the s'mores option would work well
