Last Sunday's dinner pork tenderloins.
Well a request that I cook shrimp, 2 pork tenderloins, stuffed mushrooms and corn.

For dinner we had the tenderloin with the white BBQ sauce, stuffed mushrooms and corn. We also had oatmeal cookies.
I like to set the chimney on top of brick to heat it up. Also put a water pan in the kettle.

Put a couple of dry chunks of wood (from 1buckie Ken thanks) and then I put my wine soaked chips.

Then on Monday night we had shrimp in a salad and Wednesday night (sorry no pictures of salads)  we had the rest of the tenderloin in a salad also. It looks like the other tenderloin with island teriyaki sauce will be for dinner tonight I will try to get a few pictures.

Yes the cat did not get any of the pork tenderloin but he always tells how to BBQ!

Here is the dinner plates

Nice cook Dan. The pork looks perfectly cooked. Is that a water pan in your kettle?

Why is it is a water pan that I put my wine and water into it from my wine chips that I keep in my refrigerator so it does not turn bad.

Perfect looking cook!  I don't think I have ever seen better pork tenderloins.  Nice balance of food on the plate.

I am going to have to try the wine soaked chips sometime.  My current technique is to soak myself in wine and leave the wood chips dry....

Cuda, that cat looks healthy.  You sure he didn't get any of the tenderloin?

Nice lookin' cookup !!!

What wood did you use?

can't quite tell if it might be oak as that plump, juicy tenderloin is obscuring the view.......
