1990 SJ with Brian's Handle
« on: March 14, 2014, 10:23:32 AM »
Hey y'all, I picked up this M code SJ about three years ago at a thrift store for around $11 and it's been my go to grill. When I joined this forum I was referred to Brian when I wanted a handle made. When talking to him, I wanted to keep the handle as original looking as possible and he was stoked on that. He does make a version of the SJ handle with the metal tabs, but was willing to make one exactly like the original for me. And boy did it turn out excellent. Here are a few photos:

Thanks again, Brian!

That's a cool look. Brian's handles are so nice you almost don't want to get them dirty!

Very nice.

What a difference some new hard wood makes.    That's what she said.

That looks fantastic! Cleaned up beautifully!  I didn't know Brian was doing the SJG/SJP handles without the metal clips. Nice!!  8)

It reminds me I need to get my butt in gear and order my next batch of handles.
