Question regarding 22 one touch table idea
« on: November 28, 2013, 11:18:46 AM »
I have a spare 22 one touch bowl and lid that I am looking to build into a table idea , the lid will also be used for my uds project when I get round to burning out the liner, so I am wondering the best way to go about building the table, heavy wood steel etc, what would be best? Cheers everyone.

I think it is largely a matter of preference. Brian (zavod44) has a big table of wood and tile that holds a kettle at each end. I think he's had some issues with the wood scorching and is in the process of making a replacement.

My son makes concrete counter tops and were I to make a table, it would either be steel frame or perhaps a permanent (or semi-permanent) brick counter with a concrete counter top. But I would size it for a 26.
kettles, smokers...

Was concerned about the scorching , size it for a 26 and bracket in the 22 , multi purpose idea?
