I had some dingy wood handles lying around so I took a screw and made a bottle opener. It works quite well.  I don't even like this beer that much, lol. No O'Neals were harmed in this operation. 8)

Maybe I could make these, and just cut the handles in half......

Nice. I will be enjoying a couple of those beers this evening (sadly opened with a more mundane bottle opener :().

I think that is a great idea for new ones, looks like Brian is already on it.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Do NOT cut them in half.  Most of the charm is that it is a normal handle.

I wonder if there is another kind of hardware piece instead of a screw that is slightly more elegant but just as simple.  (Not that Gummi's idea is not pure genius, it is).

By the way, I am not sure the gummi design is truly durable.  I am wondering oif the would will split.  I AM WILLING TO STRESS TEST THE DEVICE TO BE SURE.

Brilliant!

So now we can finally use a Weber church key for the beers iced down in our Weber Chill electric cooler, lit by Weber lanterns, hanging out by our Weber firepit, in a modified Alton Brown Weber bar stool. keeping the mosquitos away with our Weber Web bug zappers while we grill on our vintage Happy Cookers?

Darn shame none of that stuff is made anymore.  A Weber produced bottle opener (if in the shape of a lid and well made) would definitely hang on my key ring.
