I want to build a mini smoker just like I have seen many of you have done. I have seen a number of different plans (I am going to copy Troys plans) but I cannot find the pan. I found one on targets website but in the reviews someone said it didn't fit the smokey joe. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Amazon has the vasconia version. If you go with imusa only the China one works. South America doesnt

Depending on your location the IMUSA at Walmat works well plus it is about $17 less than the Vasconia on amazon.  However I like the vosconia one as the handles have heat proof rubbery plastic on them.
