Gulf Grouper Sandwiches

Beautiful night for a quick cook, not charcoal, but at least on a Weber lol.  We were gifted some fresh fish (Thanks @AZ2FL ) when on vacation on SGI back in October.  We tried the grouper last night and it was nothing short of amazing.  Sprayed on a little olive oil and a light sprinkling of salt and pepper to let the fish speak for itself.  Filets were tender, flaky and delicious!  Added a little tarter sauce and shredded lettuce and onto a toasted bun.  Got some red snapper too, looking forward to trying it.
